What this service is

Money Potential Check is an informational categorisation tool. It compares the preferences you select against general categories of financial approach and shows you which categories may be relevant. It is not regulated personalised financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Who can use it

The assessment is intended for UK residents aged 18 or over. Please do not use it if you are under 18 or outside the United Kingdom.

No guarantees

We do not promise income, returns or performance of any kind. The monthly figures used in the assessment describe your own goal, not a projection, forecast or expected return. The value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you put in.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details, to use the service for your own purposes only, and not to attempt automated, duplicated or abusive submissions. You are responsible for any financial decision you make.

Contact from consultants

We only pass your details to a consultant firm when you explicitly ask us to. Those firms are independent of us and responsible for their own conduct, regulatory status and communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@moneypotentialcheck.com. There is never an obligation to proceed with anything discussed.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, logo and the assessment logic belong to Money Potential Check Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or resell them without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw the service or these terms at any time. Where changes are significant we will update the date at the top of this page.

Liability

The information on this site is provided "as is" and without warranty as to its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any dealings you have with a consultant firm. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
