Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026.

This policy explains how Money Potential Check Ltd ("we", "us") handles your personal data when you use the Money Potential Check assessment. We are the data controller. You can reach us at support@moneypotentialcheck.com or by post at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect

When you complete the Money Potential Check we collect the answers you select, your first and last name, email address and UK mobile number, the option you choose to explore, your preferred contact time, and technical marketing information such as referral source, campaign parameters and click identifiers. We also record a random session identifier, the time of each step, and basic anti-abuse signals.

Why we use it

  • To generate your assessment results and show you relevant categories of financial approach.
  • To pass your request to a consultant firm when you explicitly ask to be contacted about an option.
  • To measure which advertising campaigns bring genuine enquiries.
  • To detect automated, duplicated or abusive submissions.
  • To keep records of the consent you gave and when you gave it.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for contact about the option you select and for advertising and analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in operating, measuring and protecting the assessment service. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@moneypotentialcheck.com; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before then.

Who we share it with

If you request information about an option, your details are shared with the consultant firm responsible for that category of approach, so that they can contact you. We also use these categories of processor: cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, analytics and advertising measurement providers (Google), and, where you have asked for contact, our customer relationship system. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep assessment and enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete or anonymise them. Consent and suppression records are kept for longer where we need them to prove we honoured your choices.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email support@moneypotentialcheck.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113).

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Only staff and consultant firms who need your details in order to respond to your request can see them.
